ReplyDrift deterministically identifies conversations whose exported source references match changed knowledge-base articles and separates ambiguous cases for human review. It does not determine whether an answer was wrong, prove complete coverage, read or judge message content, contact customers, send corrections, mutate Zendesk, guarantee a support outcome, or replace security, privacy, legal, compliance, or professional review.
Plans and billing
Free costs $0 and requires no Checkout: Run one complete small local scan and copy every in-limit exact association. Limits: 1 changed article 1 daily conversation file 5 MiB combined JSON 500 unique conversations 500 associations Starter costs $10.00 one-time with no renewal: Reconcile a support incident across multiple daily files and export the complete queue. Limits: 10 changed articles 20 daily conversation files 25 MiB combined JSON 10,000 unique conversations 20,000 associations Pro costs $20.00 one-time with no renewal: Handle a larger correction review with explicit aliases, conflict evidence, and an audit receipt. Limits: 50 changed articles 100 daily conversation files 50 MiB combined JSON 25,000 unique conversations 50,000 associations 5 aliases per article and 250 aliases total
Purchase cancellation
ReplyDrift Starter and Pro are one-time purchases with no subscription or renewal. A completed purchase cannot be canceled; the delivery-failure refund terms apply.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is limited to delivery failure. Retry the exact paid return path once; if ReplyDrift still cannot provide paid access, request support within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are not based on queue contents, whether a prior answer was wrong, correction results, support outcomes, or business results. Refunds required by law remain available.
User responsibility
The workspace owner is responsible for following ReplyDrift's product instructions, sharing access only with intended participants, and keeping all prohibited data out of the product.
Taxes
Taxes may apply depending on the transaction and jurisdiction. Any tax collected will be shown at Checkout. Stripe may support payment administration, but tax applicability and registration are separate matters.
