Prepare the two exports

Use Zendesk’s official JSON shapes. Keep credentials out of ReplyDrift.

    Changed articles. Download the Help Center incremental article response or pass its articles array. A non-null next_page remains visibly incomplete.

    Ended conversations. Download each required daily AI Agents file and select the root-array JSON. Signed links expire; each file represents conversations ended for that requested date.

ReplyDrift never asks for your organization ID, API token, signed download URL, or Zendesk login. Obtain the files in your existing authorized admin workflow, then select the saved JSON locally.

Privacy boundary

The useful evidence stays. Customer content does not.
